Castro, BR/TSD/BCD Multi-address Telephone: +41 22 730 6374 Telefax: +41 22 730 5785 E-mail: [email protected] Subject: Modifications to Geneva Plan, 2006 Ref.: Special Section GE06/185 of BR IFIC No. 2958 dated 2 November 2021 Dear Madam, Sir, Part A of the above-referenced Special Section contains information communicated by administrations on proposed modifications to the Plan, in the application of the plan modification procedure set forth in Article 4 of the Regional Agreement relating to the planning of the digital terrestrial broadcasting service in parts of Regions 1 and 3 in the frequency bands 174-230 MHz and 470-862 MHz (Geneva, 2006). The referred Special Section, which is published pursuant to No. 4.1.2.8 of the Geneva 2006 Agreement, also identifies those proposed modifications to the Plan with respect to which your Administration is considered to be affected. You are invited to provide your comments to the Bureau and to the administration proposing the modification, within 75 days from the date of publication of BR IFIC which includes this Special Section. The date of publication is indicated in the reference. Even in the case where you agree with the proposed modifications, it is important to so inform the Bureau. In the case of no-reply within the 75-day period, provision No. 4.1.4.9 of the Geneva 2006 Agreement will apply (i.e., it will be deemed that your Administration has not agreed to those proposed modifications to the Plan where your Administration was considered as being potentially affected).
