In accordance with the section 4.3.4 of the Geneva Agreement, 1984 we acknowledge the receipt of
your letter of 21 September 2021 ref. 31E(BCD)O-2021-003689.
In accordance with the section 4.4.1 of the Geneva Agreement, 1984 we inform you that we have no
objections concerning the GE84 Plan changes published in the Special Section GE84/305 of BRIFIC
No. 2955 of 21 September 2021.
