We have reviewed the bid and the materials you sent and are happy to inform that your bid and qualification meets our
needs for the workshop.
Thank you for offering some indicative dates for the workshop to take place.
It would be most suitable for us to organize the workshop from 28th of February to 2nd of March – can we make an
agreement on those dates?
