POWER OF ATTORNEY 22nd of June 2021 By this Power of Attorney Fly Wings LLC (hereinafter - “the Company”), registration code 404572397, having its registered office at Apartment N84, Floor N6, Entrance Hall N2, Gorgasali Street N63, Krtsanisi District, Tbilisi, Georgia, acting in compliance with its Articles of Association, hereby authorize: • Mr. Tõnno Toompuu, personal identification code: 38607160010, • Mr. Silver Hunt, personal identification code: 39004174715, to be true and lawful Attorneys of the Company in relations with any government or municipal organizations & institutions, customs authorities, enterprises of any form of ownership, maintenance and repair organizations, with individuals and legal entities, etc. regarding one (1) Boeing model 737-300 aircraft, bearing manufacturer’s serial number 29267, equipped with two (2) CFM56-3C1 engines with manufacturer’s serial numbers 858973 and 727147 (hereinafter - “the Aircraft”). Therefore, Attorneys may exercise all or each of the following powers in the name and on behalf of the Company: 1. The cancellation of the registration of the Aircraft in the applicable Register, 2. The notification to the Civil Aviation Authority of Estonia or its successor, that the Grantor ceased to have an interest, or acquired a different interest, in the Aircraft, 3. The application to the Civil Aviation Authority of Estonia, or its successor, for a certificate of airworthiness and an air operator’s certificate or other certificate for the Aircraft, 4. The application to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or its successor, for a radio station license or other certificate for the Aircraft, 5. The registration of the Aircraft from the applicable Register, 6. The deregistration of the Aircraft from the applicable Register, 7. Any notice, from or consent required in connection with, or related or incidental to, any of the above. This Power of Attorney terminates on 31 December 2021.
