Simon Laszlo (personal code 39611190051) to:
• File the „Application for Numbering Authorisation” to TTJA as an authorised
representative (authorised contact) to obtain a numbering licence for a new short
code to be used in Estonia
• Access the Numbering Management Database to book and release numbers
This authorisation is effective until further written notice starting from July 30th, 2021.

Dear TTJA,
On behalf of Fortumo OÜ, I am sending you our application for opening a new public SMS
service number (short code) in Estonia.
We are going to be partnering with KEMIT ( Keskkonnaministeeriumi
Infotehnoloogiakeskus) to provide users with fishing and hunting licenses by paying via
Fortumo's Direct Carrier Billing Platform. This new short code will be used to start payments
by the users and messaging will be done via Tele2, Telia and Elisa for their respective users.
I have attached the signed application form and the signed authorisation form. Please let me
know if I should add any identifier to the transfer of the state fee, and I'll arrange for the
transfer to be completed as well.
Furthermore, please let me know if you require any more information from our side to open
this new short code.
