Additionally, we confirm that no transmissions to/from your territory under the ODYSSEY FSS-68.5E satellite network will take place without obtaining all the required authorizations from your administration. IS-36 operates under the authority of the USA administration and includes the following Appendix 30B frequencies: 11 200 - 11 450 MHz (space-to-Earth) 13 000 - 13 250 MHz (Earth-to-space) Examination of the ODYSSEY FSS-68.5E satellite network filing by the Radiocommunication Bureau (BR) under §6.6 of AP30B has identified your administration as one whose territory is partially or wholly included in the intended service area, and thus, in conformity with §6.6, this administration requests the agreement of your administration to be included in the service area of this satellite network. Such agreement is subject to your national licensing rules and regulations and is without prejudice to the outcome of coordination between both administrations for their respective satellite networks. The BR findings under §6.5 AP30B with respect to the ODYSSEY FSS-68.5E satellite network confirm that no AP30B satellite network of your administration is affected. We, therefore, respectfully request your agreement under §6.6 of Appendix 30B for the inclusion of your territory in the service area of ODYSSEY FSS-68.5E satellite network.
