Additionally, in retail outlets we have point of sale display ban for Tobacco and related products. * as to the age of the consumer (prohibition of sales to minors); The minimal age of consumer is 18 years. * as to the possibility and place of advertising tobacco products (cigarettes, novelty tobacco products), electronic cigarettes with nicotine liquid and nicotine-free liquid, nicotine sachets, possibly other products that do not contain tobacco or nicotine and that are intended to replace tobacco products but are not medicinal? Are in your country any products prohibited from being placed on the market? All kind of advertising of Tobacco and related products is prohibited in Estonia. We would therefore like to kindly ask you to provide us with information on the following questions. We only have TRIS information for Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Slovenia but this does not provide the full picture of the overall regulation necessary for our analysis.
