Thank you for your enquiry!
Our regulation update containing (EU) 2019/1345 implementation is a bit delayed. Currently it is being coordinated
with the ministry.
However, as we have agreed to implement this decision, using equipment made according to it (also decision
2006/771/EC and standards EN 50385, EN 301 489-1, EN 301 489-17, EN 302 567 and EN 62368-1) is freed from
frequency permit.

Dear Sirs,
I would like to enquire about operating fixed wireless radios operating in 57-66GHz in Estonia. Specifically,
whether bands 75a (outdoor use) and 75b of 2019/1345/EU are already implemented?
In case either (or both) of these bands are open, please would you let me know making use of this
spectrum is licence-exempt? Or is there a licence fee?
