The voice of our customers is the most valuable and relevant insight we can get. To give other
companies an idea of how you and your teamwork and achieve goals using the Siteimprove
Intelligence Platform, we kindly ask you to be a Siteimprove reference customer and share your
experiences working with our services. This Release for marketing materials (the “Release”)
describes the type of information or rights that you agree to provide and the rights of Siteimprove
with regards to those items.
By signing this document, you agree that Siteimprove A/S, its parents, affiliates, successors, and
assigns (collectively, “Siteimprove”), is authorized to use (‘Check’ all that apply):

☐ My contact information (email or phone);
☐ My comments and statements;

☒ My company’s logo, trademark, and service mark;

marketing materials created by Siteimprove as part of Siteimprove’s business, products and

We really appreciate your collaboration and you can at any time easily withdraw this consent
by writing an email to
[email protected], and Siteimprove will desist from
using you and/or your company’s name or logo in the above-mentioned material or events as
soon as possible depending on the media in which the Marketing Materials appears, the time in
which removal occurs will vary (i.e. online posts can be removed more quickly other
advertising).
By agreeing to this Release, you agree to waive any rights relating to all liabilities, claims, actions,
damages and expenses that arise directly or indirectly from Siteimprove’s use of the Marketing
Materials as provided in this Release.
