Dear Sirs,
Having examined your letters/messages (references 1 and 2), we wish to inform you that Estonia’s digital
frequency assignments:
KOHTLA-NOMME 35 Ch KOLJAKU 38 Ch
KUNDA 35 Ch LAULI 38 Ch
NARVA 35 Ch PALDISKI 38 Ch
ELLAMAA 38 Ch PEHKA 38 Ch
HAAPSALU 38 Ch TALLINN KRISTIINA 38 Ch
JARVAKANDI 38 Ch VIHASOO 38 Ch
can be coordinated with the technical characteristics notified (ref. 2).
As required by conditions of EMC with Russia’s digital frequency allotments SANKT-PETERBURG 38
Ch (GE06 Id: 117028982) and KINGISEPP 38 Ch (GE06 Id: 106536890), the frequency assignment
TALLINN TELETORN 38 Ch can be coordinated subject to an additional ERP reduction by 6.3 dB (to 9.9
dB) in the 70º azimuth direction.
Estonia’s digital frequency allotment TALLINN 38 Ch can be coordinated with the technical parameters
notified (ref. 1) subject to mandatory coordination of that allotment’s implementation with Russia’s digital
TV broadcasting systems. The allotment may be published in the GE06D Plan with the remark «t_remarks
= R2:RUS».
