COORDINATION OF KILINGI-N0MME EARTH STATION
Dear Sirs,
In accordance with RR 9.52 the Lithuanian Administration signifies its disagreement to the
coordination of the earth station KILINGI-N0MME with parameters provided in your letter
referenced above.
The disagreement is based on the potential interference which could be caused by our frequency
assignments of the operating terrestrial fixed radio stations operating in 6875.90-7052.54 MHz
frequency band and recorded in MIFR.
With a view to satisfactory resolution of the coordination of this earth station we would like to propose
agree on the limiting of KILINGI-N0MME coordination area for receiving NGSO earth station in
fixed-satellite service with regard to transmitting terrestrial stations in order not to cover Lithuanian
territory. As a preliminary suggestion would be to agree calculate coordination distance towards
Lithuanian territory based on ITU-R Rec. P.452-16 prediction method with percentage of time equal
to 2.0 % instead of RR App 7 propagation mode 1.
Additionally we inform you that we concur with the frequency assignments to the earth station
KILINGI-N0MME in 5091.00-5249.02 MHz frequency band.
