Those correspondences were sent to your administration on 26 March and 9 April 2021 respectively through the official means of communication declared by your administration to the Bureau. In view of the current Covid-19 situation, the Bureau recognizes that delivery of the above-mentioned correspondences may be complicated in some cases, and that there is higher possibility than usual that the telefax be misrouted or miss the attention of your radiocommunication regulatory authority. Therefore, the Bureau is forwarding herewith the aforementioned correspondences to you, for your information and appropriate actions, including if possible, to transfer them to the responsible entity in your radiocommunication regulatory authority for its attention. In accordance with § 4.1.6 of Article 4 of Appendix 30, the Radiocommunication Bureau informed your Administration of the publication and requested your Administration to comment on the Special Section (see BR telefaxes referenced in b) and c) above). Your Administration does not appear to have sent its comments in accordance with § 4.1.9 and § 4.1.10. This reminder is now being sent to your Administration in accordance with § 4.1.10b, following a request for the Bureau’s assistance made by the notifying administration for the subject network under § 4.1.10a (see the correspondence referenced in d) above). The Bureau hereby requests your Administration to send to the Bureau, as soon as possible, its decision (either agreement or disagreement) on the proposed assignments of the subject network published in the Special Section referenced in a) above. Il semble que votre Administration n'ait pas envoyé sa décision. Conformément au § 4.1.10c, le Bureau tient à rappeler à votre Administration que la date limite de soumission de sa décision est le 25 avril 2021. Conformément au § 4.1.10d, si aucune décision (accord ou désaccord concernant les assignations en projet du réseau considéré) n'est soumise avant cette date, votre Administration sera réputée avoir donné son accord concernant les assignations en projet du réseau considéré qui ont été publiées dans la Section spéciale susmentionnée. En outre, s'agissant des Administrations qui ont été identifiées comme susceptibles d'être affectées au titre des § 4.1.1 a) et/ou § 4.1.1 b) de l'Article 4 de l'Appendice 30, le Bureau souhaite attirer l'attention de ces Administrations sur le fait qu'au cas où elles ne répondraient pas dans le délai prescrit au paragraphe ci-dessus, elles seront réputées avoir accepté la dégradation de la marge de protection équivalente (MPE) (voir le résumé des résultats de l'examen figurant dans l'Annexe) de leurs assignations affectées due aux assignations en projet du réseau considéré une fois que ces dernières auront été inscrites dans la liste de l'Appendice 30 pour les Régions 1 et 3.
