Dear Sirs, In view of your denial (ref. 1) of coordination of the frequency assignment to the PECHORY PSK 94.3 MHz (ADD) VHF FM station of the Russian Federation with the technical characteristics notified (ref. 2), please, advise the conditions on which the frequency assignment can be coordinated. Please, note that, according to our calculations, the frequency assignment to the PECHORY PSK 94.3 MHz VHF FM station does meet the conditions of EMC with Estonian stations.
