Subject: Information on your CEF Telecom Grant Agreement transfer to HaDEA
Dear CEF Telecom beneficiary,
By Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/173 of 12 February 20211, the
European Health and Digital Executive Agency – HaDEA (the ‘new granting
authority’) has been created2 and all the ongoing Grant Agreements of the Innovation and
Networks Executive Agency (INEA) have been transferred to the new granting authority.
This means that, pursuant to Article 16 of this Decision, the new granting authority has
taken over all the legal commitments of the former granting authority and has been
subrogated in its rights and obligations.
The new granting authority has assumed the rights and obligations under your Grant
Agreement with effect from 1 April 2021. Unless communicated otherwise, the project
manager in charge of your project remain the same. The personal e-mail addresses and
telephone numbers of your counterparts will not change. For any communications related
to your projects, including the submission of request for payment of the balance, please
contact
[email protected].
In case you disagree with this transfer, you should contact HADEA-CEF-
[email protected]. Please be aware that this would imply the termination of your Grant
Agreement.
