No Our ref. delta_regDateTime \* MERGEFORMAT 18.10.2024 No delta_regNumber \* MERGEFORMAT 1.4-2/2639-1 delta_docName \* MERGEFORMAT OECD Voluntary Contributions for the Environment, Health and Safety Programme for 2024 and beyond Dear Mr Diderich I am writing to inform you that Estonia will contribute 2000 (two thousand) EUR to support the work on Environment, Health and Safety, which is included in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Programme of Work and Budget. This contribution may be used to fund expenditures incurred as of 1 January 2024 and may be used in 2025 if necessary. The continuation of any outputs beyond 2025 is subject to the inclusion of such outputs in the OECD’s Future Programme(s) of Work and Budget. This amount will be paid on upon receipt of an invoice from the OECD. The OECD will issue the invoice in accordance with its standard invoicing procedures and submit the invoice to Estonia in the form of PDF file sent via email. The OECD shall not be required to use any electronic system for submitting invoice under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, by providing direct input through a platform operated by or on behalf of Estonia . I note that the OECD shall administer the contribution in accordance with its Financial Regulations and other relevant rules, policies and procedures, which provide for an administrative cost recovery charge applied on the total contribution amount. I note that the results of the work, in whatever form, shall be the sole property of the OECD. Any disagreement arising out of or relating to the interpretation of, compliance with or execution of this contribution shall be resolved by the Parties by mutual agreement.
