This page collects the 2024 Direct Grants (other than joint actions) nominations.
We are inviting the eligible countries to nominate competent authorities and, if necessary, the relevant
affiliated entities participating in the EU4Health Programme Direct Grants (other than joint actions).
Please nominate one or more competent authorities and, if necessary, the relevant affiliated entities for
each of the following Direct Grants (other than joint actions) and upload the forms here:

To submit your nomination, please follow the two steps below:
Step 1 - completion of the nomination form:

legal representative of the nominating authority, normally the Ministry of Health or Health Board.

are visible and readable before signature.
Please prepare 1 form per 1 Direct Grant nomination (if 1 organisation is participating in 2 or
more actions, please prepare 2 or more forms)!

Privacy and data protection policy
Participation in the Direct Grant will involve the collection, use and processing of personal data (such as
name, address and telephone numbers). This data will be processed in accordance with Regulation No
2018/1725*. It will be processed by HaDEA solely for the purpose of evaluating the proposal and
subsequent management of the grant (e.g. list of participants of the Direct Grant and share data among
those participants) and, if needed, programme monitoring, evaluation and communication with DG Health
and Food Safety, National Focal Points. Details are available on HaDEA’s Data Protection page.
