My name is Jose-Antonio Jimenez, and I work for the international company Dekra, in
its International Type approval department.
I have previously contacted you in order to make some questions concerning the radio
frequency regulations of your country.
I come back again with a consultation concerning your national regulation.
May we know if your national regulation establishes any punishment/sanction in case
of importing and/or placing in the Estonian market radio equipment not compliant to
the RED directive, such as blocking of the equipment in customs, seizure of it, fines,
imprisonment, etc.?
