Dear Keiu,
I have reviewed the audit report of Tartu Kaunase Kodu(Reference number EST2013-16). I cannot open the excel file and there for check if all
indicators are met.
I think it would b eise to check the report on using adequate English language. Some of the expressions do not really make sens because that
have been formulated in a way that the social service provider may not understand. Some words are even wrong (having the wrong word
selected: I.i. Goal vs. Gold) To write the audit report in English is the responsibility of the auditor. Of course he/she is free to ask support of any
expert in expressing him/her self in English. (note; English writing skils / competences are stated in the profile of the auditor)
I would also appreciate if the auditor could respect the guidelines for writing the closing remarks.
