PROVISIONS of the IV h*ternational Festival Wfleatrial art cUbe Epockoffljepplness General provisions The IV International Festival ((Theatrical art of the Epoch of Happinesse will organize by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan from 14th to 16th of November, 2023 in Ashgabat. The purposes of the International festival: Pevilàpment of the nationaL theatre art and stimulation of creative initiatives oF the theatte3 a Outreach of general cultural values and aehievements in theatre area; - Acquaintance with contemporary dramaturgy; - Creation of conditions for exchange of experiences between on-stage performance groups; - Researching of historical and modem development oftheater art; Education the young generation of cautious treatment of the worldts spiritual heritage; - integration of Thrkmenistan into the world theatre sphere with a. view to outreach the national arts ofTurkmenistan - Drawing attention to new processes in theater world; Regulations of the International Festival All the professional theaters (drama, musical-drama, puppet and etc.) of the world countries are allowed tO join the farival. Performances from national or classical rnpertoite will be presented from each country. Creative collective including actors, technicians must not exceed 20, If’ the group member amount is more than 20, then sending party is obliged to. cover the living costs of additional participants. In special cases ii. will be decided with the agreement of organizing committee, To those theaters which have received the invitation for the participation in the festival organizing committee will send the characteristics and measures of the stage. Until the st of October, 2023 gioups has to send to the orgamzmg committee: - Application and documents in accordance with those that are attached to this provision; - Adveitising pioduct (billboard, poster, annotation, information about the theater, eleetionic photogiaphs) in Russian and English, tull video of a spectacle. The Organizing Committee The Oigamzrng Committee’s team that make the piepaiation and holds the event will be confirmed by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan. The Organizing Committee leads all the preparation and holding of the festival. At th preparation period the organizing committee will cooperate with all of interested institutions and organizations. Ihe Oigamzmg Committee manages all the issues that appeaied during the festival. The Oiganizing committee c,onsiders the applications and video materials of the spectacles and selects the theaters that will take part in the festival.  rfhe Financing procedure The lestival is financed by the Government budget The expected iesouices of finances will be spend purposefully and accoiding to the confirmed outlay. From the Government budget will be financed: 1. Accommodation, meal, local transportation of participants in Ashgabat; 2. Expenses for translation (translators and equipment etc.); 3. Expenses for preparation of venue; 4.. Expenses for preparation of printed products and statuettes; Transpoi tations/flights of participants of the festival and expenses for tiansporting of decoiations until the Ashgabat city and conversely will be covered by the sending party All the performances in accordance with the schedule of the festival will be shown tIee of charge and there will not be any fees for performances. Conclusion All cases which are not covered by present provision will be solved in accordance with the current legislature of Turkrnenistan.
