Your Administration is therefore invited to provide BR with a decision by 1 November 2020. If BR does not receive a decision from your Administration by that date, it will be deemed that your Administration does not agreed to these proposed modifications to the List (see No. 4.2.4.8), unless the provisions of Nos. 4.2.4.9 and 4.2.4.10 are applied.
