When you put pub_req=true and if you have all agreements from potentially affected administrations, in this case, your submitted notice would go through the short procedure and be published in Part B after 40 days. Please note that, in any case, if you put pub_req=true and you don’t have all the agreements, the proposed modifications will be published in Part A to follow the usual long procedure and as soon as all the agreements are obtained the notice will go automatically to publication in Part B. In general by putting pub_req=true there will be not need to submit the TB3 for publication in PartB once all the agreements are obtained. 2. When pub_req=false, the proposed modifications will be published in Part A of a Special Section to follow the usual long procedure (75 days) and you have to submit TB3 notices to publish them in Part B if they have all agreement. I have empty allotment (GT2) already notified in BR IFIC part B. Please advise when Publication request must be FALSE and when TRUE. BR IFIC preface does not have much comment on that and I did not find full answer in RRC-06 Final acts 4.1.2.5 and neither here: I am in phase of pre coordination with affected countries. Does this Publication request status TRUE mean that RRC-06 4.1.2.5 will apply or does it mean exactly request for publication in BR IFIC part B? Finally either way procedure ends with publication in part B.
