Subject: Coordination of frequency assignments to VHF/FM stations

Dear Sirs,
We have examined the finding (ref. 1) of the Telecommunication Administration of the
Republic of Estonia regarding coordination of the following frequency assignments to
VHF/FM stations of the Russian Federation:
PSKOV 91.9 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 92.4 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 93.1 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 95.1 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 95.5 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 96.1 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 97.4 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 98.1 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 99.3 MHz (ADD),
PSKOV 99.7 MHz (ADD)
with the notified technical characteristics (ref. 2) and we can advise as follows.
We agree to complete coordination of the mentioned frequency assignments to VHF/FM
stations of the Russian Federation on the condition of canceling ERP restrictions for or
objections to the following frequency assignments to VHF/FM stations of the Republic of
Estonia:
VILJANDI 93.7 MHz,
PEHKA 94.2 MHz,

TARTU 94.4 MHz,
TAMME 95.1 MHz,
VORU 95.7 MHz,
LUSTIVERE 96.5 MHz,
SANGASTE 96.6 MHz,
TARTU 97.2 MHz,
TARTU 98.6 MHz,
TARTU 99.4 MHz,
TARTU 100.2 MHz,
Those limits have been imposed earlier by the Telecommunication Administration of the
Russian Federation for meeting conditions of EMC with the Russian TV stations PSKOV 5
Ch (ST61 Id: 096002572), PUSHKINSKIE GORY PSK 5 Ch (ST61 Id: 096002569),
TRUTNEVO PSK 5 Ch (ST61 Id: 096002570).
We confirm coordination of the above frequency assignments to VHF/FM stations of the
Republic of Estonia with the technical parameters shown in the Table attached to this letter,
to be recorded in the GE84 Plan with the note “3/RUS”. The VHF FM stations of the
Republic of Estonia with such parameters may only be brought into use after the analogue
TV stations PSKOV 5 Ch, PUSHKINSKIE GORY PSK 5 Ch, TRUTNEVO PSK 5 Ch are
switched off. You will be advised when the licenses of the use of the above-mentioned
frequency assignments to analogue TV stations are terminated.
