Dear Rene, We, as Digital Estonia, are an Estonian company and helping world-wide e-Resident entrepreneurs to establish their companies in Estonia and promoting their businesses in different areas. Tens of our community members who are not EU citizens and own a ship (boat/vessel/yacht) are looking forward to registering their ships in Estonia with their Estonian Private Limited Companies for having an Estonian Flag. At the moment they have to deal with Delaware companies and they are getting an American Flag but after e-Residency programme, they want to complete all the process in Estonia, from having a company to registering a boat! Could you give me an information about the boat registration process for foreign founders who has an Estonian Private Limited Company?
