The session will be conducted in the six working languages of the Conference of Parties. Please find enclosed the provisional agenda for this session. Further information as well as documents corresponding to items inscribed on the provisional agenda will be made available, at the latest by 9 May 2023, on the Convention’s website: https://www.unesco.org/creativity/en/statutory-meeting. Furthermore, I would like to inform you that the fourth edition of the Civil Society Forum will take place prior to the Conference on Monday 5 June 2023. The provisional agenda of this Forum will also be published on the Convention's website. l would be grateful if you could confirm your participation in the ninth session of the Conference of Parties or that of your designated representatives by registering online, no later than 15 May 2023, using the following link: Registration for the Ninth session of the Conference of Parties.
