conclude this Services Agreement, which is composed of these Special Terms and
the Terms of Service (“Agreement”).
OTHER AGREEMENTS
The Client pays monthly service fee to Meefrank in the amount of EUR 199 (+ vat). The monthly
service fee includes Meetfrank’s fee for all the services stipulated in clause 1 of the Terms of
Service. Agreement enters into force upon 01.01.2020 and remains valid up until 31.12.2020. Both
parties may terminate the Agreement prematurely, notifying the other party thereof at least 1
months in advance. For the sake of clarity, the cancellation and termination rights of the Client
stipulated in clause 6.2 of the Terms of Service are hereby excluded. Regardless of the above,
Meetfrank may terminate the Service Agreement without notice in compliance with clause 6.3 of
the Terms of Service.
The services to be provided to the Client by MeetFrank, the terms of payment and other terms and
conditions of the Agreement are provided in the Terms of Service, which are available at
https://meetfrank.com/terms and which form an integral part of the Agreement. By signing the
Agreement, the Client attests that it has read, understood and accepts the Terms of Service.
