As well as our research for Sennheiser, we arrange many radio frequency licenses for temporary events internationally. Would you be the right person to speak to about the following please? - walkie talkie and repeater licenses in the 440-470MHz band, which frequency bands are recommended for simplex/duplex use, the fee for temporary licenses, and how the application process works - temporary licensing for wireless video, this is usually in the 2GHz band but also in other ranges, the fees, the process, etc. - as above for data telemetry channels for wireless camera control between 420MHz and 473MHz We sometimes also arrange flight clearances for small unmanned aircraft ("drones"). I'm not sure if this is covered by the TTJA? If these applications are not dealt with by yourself, would you be able to point me towards your colleagues who handle these questions? Many thanks again for your help so far. 3 Best regards, Ali <image003.png> Ali Viles Mission Control Ltd UK: +44 7770 531 719 US: +1 310 808 8175 [email protected] www.missioncontrolltd.com Professional RF coordination & licensing Helping our industry to be heard On 11 Jun 2020, at 08:33, Maret Ots <[email protected]> wrote: Dear Ali, The source from where you have got the information in absolutely correct. The 694-786MHz band is not allowed for the radio microphones any more in Estonia in accordance with the note in the notes in the tables 13.3 and 13.4 the frequency band 694–790 MHz is planned to use of new technologies from the 01.07.2017 “Sagedusala 694–790 MHz on planeeritud eraldada uute tehnoloogiate kasutamiseks alates 01.07.2017”. We have already done this planning in our Radio Frequency plan (Eesti raadiosagedusplaan). The amendment to the regulation mentioned above is in the drafting stage. We conform, that the information in the attached spreadsheet you have sent is correct. If you have more questions do not hesitate to ask us. Here is a link to the website, which provides regulatory information for users of wireless audio equipment: https://portal.sennheiser.co.uk/sifa/index This month, we would like to add a page for Estonia. I understand that you are the CEPT PMSE contact for Estonia, which is why I am writing to you. Would you mind confirming for me that the information in the attached spreadsheet is correct please? The document we have referred to is https://www.riigiteataja.ee/aktilisa/1170/8201/6002/MKM_12082016_m49Lisa% 2013.pdf# - however, I note that this document still permits the 694-786MHz band. I believe this band is no longer permitted. Is there a more up to date version of the regulation? Many thanks for your help with this.
