Based on your applications, four permits have been issued, one for each cable route section. Mereuuringuloas toodud soovitus viia läbi geofüüsikalised uuringud Vilsandi Rahvuspargi piirkonnas mais või juunis ei ole loa pikendamise tõttu enam asjakohane, kuid võttes arvesse uuringute eelduslikku ajalist kestvust 5 päeva, on Keskkonnaamet hinnanud, et võimalik häiring ei kahjusta linde ega ohusta kirjuhaha (Polysticta stelleri) kaitseks moodustatud linnu- ja kaitsealade kaitse-eesmärke. Muinsuskaitseamet kooskõlastab mereuuringuloa pikendamise tingimusel, et uuringu käigus seni teadmata veealuse kultuuripärandi objekti või muu võimaliku arheoloogilise leiu avastamisel tuleb sellest viivitamata teavitada Muinsuskaitseametit ning edastada objekti asukohaandmed, kirjeldus ja olemasolev dokumentatsioon. Samuti tuleb pärast uuringu lõppemist Muinsuskaitseametile esitada uuringu lõpparuanne ning kultuuripärandi kaitse seisukohalt asjakohased uuringu alusandmed, sealhulgas lehviksonari (MBES), külgvaatesonari (SSS), magnetomeetri ning settekihtide profileerija (SBP) uuringu alusandmed, ROV-vaatluste materjalid ning uuringu käigus tuvastatud objektide koordinaadid ja kirjeldused digitaalsel kujul üldlevinud failivormingutes. The recommendation in Marine Research Permit to conduct geophysical surveys in the Vilsandi National Park area in May or June is no longer relevant due to the extension of the permit, but considering the expected 5-day duration of the survey, the Environmental Board has assessed that the possible disturbance will not harm the birds nor threaten the objectives of the protection areas established for the protection of Steller’s eider (Polysticta stelleri). The Estonian National Heritage Board approves the extension of the Marine Research Permit on the condition that, should any previously unknown underwater cultural heritage site or any other potential archaeological find be discovered during the survey, the Estonian National Heritage Board shall be notified without delay. The notification shall include the location, a description of the object, and all available documentation. Upon completion of the survey, the Estonian National Heritage Board shall be provided with the final survey report and all survey baseline data relevant to the protection of cultural heritage, including the multibeam echosounder (MBES), side-scan sonar (SSS), magnetometer and sub-bottom profiler (SBP) surveys, ROV inspection materials, as well as the coordinates and descriptions of objects identified during the survey. The data shall be submitted in commonly used digital file formats. In addition to the above, all conditions of the Marine Research Permit No. 16-12/26/11 and the obligations of the research permit holder shall remain in force until the expiry of the extended Marine Research Permit on 31 December 2026. In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, issuing of this Marine Research Permit and Entry Clearance may be filed in Administrative Court within 30 days after the issuance of the Permit.
