Dear IALA Members, Hello? th I am Bae Yongchan, Nowadays I am preparing the 19 IALA Conference which will be held in Korea th nd from 26 May to 2 June 2018. From last March 2017 we are preparing the World Lighthouse Heritage. IALA and Korea requested the cooperation to summit the application of the exhibition as below. We are waiting your answers until now. Cordially, some countries answered their participation in that event with Large and Small heritages. When we planned this exhibition at first, I expected that most of IALA Members would voluntarily take part in. However, I think the process to summit the heritage for the IALA Conference is complicated and hard under your country’s condition. To cope with this situation, we make alternative to make this exhibition successful by collecting exhibition things, “ART BOOK, COINS, POSTS, STAMPS, MEDAL and so on”, which are related to the Lighthouse from every IALA member. If you can send large or small artifacts for the Lighthouse Heritage Exhibition, let me know to make the formal process to receive those from your organization. Also you are still considering to take part in the World Lighthouse Heritage, finally please tell us your th decision whether you will summit the application or not until 30 SEP 2017. Glass covers and retractable belt posts will be also provided to keep exhibits safe. In addition, host organisation will supply with assistant staff free of charge for the period of exhibition. b. If the IALA member donates the heritages for the host country, Korea would support the fee related to transportation, insurance, and so on. Without a donation condition, it would be its own country’s charge like the Industrial member exhibition.
