Dear Colleagues
After sending my last proposal for a date of the next BSICCWG meeting, we have got an
invitation from Primar TEWG (Technical Expert WG), which will take place in same days (28-29
November 2017). Some of BSICCWG members take part also in TEWG work.
There was also another feedback, that week before would be better. So the new proposed date
for BSICCWG5 meeting is
Tuesday 21.11 - Wednesday 22.11.2017. I hope this new date will be convenient for all of you!
I see, that we will have two full days meeting; in the first day we will concentrate for paper chart
issues and in a second day for ENCs. So we will start in the morning on Tuesday 21st and will
finish in the afternoon on Wednesday 22nd . If you have any suggestions for agenda items,
please let me know. I am also waiting possible feedback from BSHC22 (19-21 September in Rostock)

Dear all,
I am very happy to inform you, that Poland will kindly arrange the next BSICCWG -meeting
in Gdynia, Poland. The proposed dates for the BSICCWG5 are:
- Tuesday 28.11 – Wednesday 29.11.2017.
I hope these dates will be convenient for all of you. Please inform me asap, if these dates
are not possible for you!
I will send you more information of status of BSICCWG actions and other material during week
29, after my 2 weeks holiday.
