The meeting will take place on 27 June 2017 at the Committee of the Regions (CoR), rue Van Maerlant 2, 1040 Brussels (access map: http://cor.europa.eu/en/contacts/Documents/cdr- street-map.pdf), room VMA 1, starting at 10.00am. The draft agenda of the meeting is annexed. Other relevant documents will be sent according to the Committee's rules of procedure and uploaded onto the CIRCABC website. Interpretation services will be provided at the meeting, to and from, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Travel costs will be reimbursed for one representative per Member State on the basis of the most economical air-fare or the first class train fare (for all return journeys with a total distance of less than 800 km), upon the presentation of travel tickets and boarding cards. Each representative is requested to provide the necessary documents for reimbursement of travel expenses to the meeting's secretary in accordance with the financial regulations applicable to the Commission, at the latest within 30 calendar days from the date of the meeting, postmarked, fax date or mail as applicable. After that period, the Commission will not assume any obligation to reimburse travel expenses.
