The bilateral agreement for PRIMAR RENC membership was signed on Monday 19. June in Hai Phong, Vietnam. The agreement was signed on behalf of Vietnam by Rear Admiral PHAM XUAN DIEP, Deputy Commander in Chief, Chief of Staff of Vietnam People’s Navy and Chief Executive Officer of the Vietnam Hydrographic Office (VHO). The agreement was signed on behalf of Norway by Mr. Gudmund Jønsson, Director Nautical department, NHS. Also present at the signing ceremony was the Norwegian ambassador to Vietnam, HE Ms. Siren Gjerme Eriksen and Hans Christoffer Lauritzen, Director PRIMAR.
