Please be informed that based on RR No. 9.3 the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority is ready to make all possible efforts to resolve all difficulties in order to avoid the potential for unacceptable interference, which may be caused to your existing and planned satellite networks. Please, take into consideration that IARU has confirmed frequency coordination for TTU 101 satellite network: for payload data, not being earth exploration, 10460.000 MHz with emissioon designators 10M0G1D, 5M00G1D, 2M50G1D, 1M25G1D, 500KG1D, 250KG1D, 125KG1D, 62K5G1D and 31K3G1D, output power 0.5 Watt maximum, antenna gain 5.5 dBi; for secondary downlink 435.450 MHz with emission designators 2K40F1D, 4K80F1D, 9K60F1D, 19K2F1D, 1K44F1D, 2K88F1D, 5K76F1D and 11K6F1D, EIRP 32.5 dBm; for beacon 435.500 MHz with emission designators 100HA1A and 2K00F1D; for telecommand uplink 435.500 MHz with emission designators 2K40F1D, 4K80F1D, 9K60F1D and 20K0F1D. We also inform you that the territory of the UAE is not included in the service area of the TTU101 satellite network and any potential harmful interference will be immediately eliminated in accordance with the provisions of Radio Regulations.
