Rules of Procedure of the IHO Finance Committee Dear Hydrographer, 1. In accordance with the arrangements announced in Reference A and confirmed in Reference B, the Finance Committee will hold its next regular meeting on Sunday 23 April 2017 from 14:00 to 17:30 at the IHO Secretariat. 2. In accordance with Rule 7 of Reference C, the Committee will be invited to elect its Chair and Vice-Chair at the beginning of the meeting, as indicated in the provisional agenda. 3. As reported in Reference B, the current Chair of the Committee, Ms Muriel Natali-Laure (Monaco) has indicated her intention to stand for re-election. No other nominations have been received. 4. In spite of the reminder in Reference B, the Secretariat has not yet received any nominations for the position of Vice-Chair. In that context, Member States are requested to give further consideration to forwarding nominations for the position of Vice-Chair and, as appropriate, to inform the Secretary- General, preferably before the commencement of the meeting of the Committee.
