Subject: List of Coast Stations and Special Service Stations (List lvl
Edition of 2Ot7
Reference: Article 20 of the Radio Regulations
The Radiocommunication Bureau (BR)will be issuing a new edition of the above-mentioned List
during the fourth quarter of 2OL7.
In order to ensure that this List contains the most up-to-date and accurate information,

Administrations, with entries in the current edition of this List (i.e. 2015 edition), are invited to
review their current data and notify all amendments to the BR. In order to facilitate this process,
a link to download all stations/administration, as an MS WORD document, has been made
available on the ITU website: http://www.itu.int/eollTU-R/ListlV/SubmissionOfData. These
amendments should be identifiable using the "track changes" feature in MS WORD, Even if no
changes are to be made to the previously notified stations, administrations should reconfirni the
inclusion of their stations published in the 2015 edition into the upcoming version of the List,
before 16 June 2OL7.
All the relevant notification forms can be found under the heading "lnformation related to the
submission of data" on the ITU MARS webpage: https://www.itu.int/lTU-R/golmars or can be
obtained upon request to the BR.
Please also note that, in conformity with provision No. 20.168 of the Radio Regulations (RR), if
no information is received from an Administration for two consecutive editions of this List
(i.e. 2015 and2OL7l, the invalidated data relating to this administration will be removed from
the ITU MARS database and its associated webpage.
Furthermore, any request for update of this List submitted afterthe 1-5 June2OL7, will be made
available through the ITU MARS webpage: https://www.itu.int/lTU-R/eolmars (no supplements
will be published),

Your attention is also drawn to No. 20.16 of the RR, which states that:
"Administrations shall take all appropriate measures to notify the Radiocommunication Bureau
immediately of any changes in the operational information contained in Lists lV and V, in view of
the importance of this information, particularly with regard to safety".
