The requirements for performing a sea trial in Finland is again under
discussion and in this connection I am curious whether your requirements
as mentioned Meresõiduohutuse seadus, - RT I 2005, 31, 229, jõust.
03.06.2005, § 17 (8) (entered in to force 03.06.2005) is still valid?
Is there any updates on the Meresõiduohutuse seadus, - RT I 2005, 31,
229, jõust. 03.06.2005, § 17 (8)
Do the new buildings need to apply for a permission for the sea trial
and what is the procedures?
Is the ship to perform a sea trial inspected by EMA inspectors or by
a classification society prior the sea trial voyage?
