Teema: Question on copper networks
Dear Chiara,
Telia will remove faults in Telia's communications network without any separate compensation as soon as possible, but no later than the following business day after the date of reporting the fault. There are no exemptions for phasing out copper network.
You can find copper pair renting terms in Estonian here: https://www.telia.ee/images/documents/eeskirjad/vaskkaablipaari_rendi_eeskiri.pdf
Best Regards,
Peeter Lutsoja

Teema: Question on copper networks
Manused: image001.png
Dear Sirs,
I am taking the liberty of contacting you on behalf of a telecom operator regarding an issue we are concerned with at national level and for which we are looking at how other Member States /NRAs have addressed.
The question is about what happens in case there is a failure in the copper network of the incumbent operator (on a particular section of the network) and under what conditions the incumbent is supposed to repair this failure in light of a scheduled copper network phasing out (which I understand is something that your country is experiencing).
Any information on this would be most helpful.
Many thanks
