Dear Madam / Sir,
In the Ref. special section, the territory of Estonia (Republic of) is included in the service area of
TURKSAT-42E-FSS-2 satellite network at 42°E as identified by the Bureau under No. §6.6 of
AP30B.
We kindly request your agreement for inclusion of the territory of Estonia (Republic of) in the
service area of the TURKSAT-42E-FSS-2 satellite network.
We would like to emphasize that such agreement will in no way deprive your Administration of
any of its rights under the relevant provisions ofthe Radio Regulations with respect to the AP30B
Plan or List. Your administration may request the exclusion of its territory from the service area
of TURKSAT-42E-FSS-2 satellite network at any time in accordance with §6.16 of AP30B.
Please also note that any earth station in this satellite network at a location under the jurisdiction
of Administration of Estonia (Republic of) will be subject to applicable rules and regulations of
your Administration, in case such agreement is provided.
We will be glad to provide you with any additional information that you may require. We would
appreciate your prompt response and a positive decision in this respect.
