This online survey brings the previous ICPEN bi-annual intelligence report, annual prioritisation survey and emerging issues report together into one annual survey – the 2019 Intelligence Reporting Survey. We invite all ICPEN members and partners to complete the following online survey as comprehensively as your complaint and database systems allow. We also encourage members to provide plenty of context and narrative on the issues you see and anticipate, even if your data is incomplete. In this online survey you will be expected to comment on the top three categories of complaints made by consumers within your jurisdiction in 2018, the issues presently emerging in your jurisdiction, and the three top enforcement priorities of your agency (and other relevant, related enforcement agencies) in your country in the next ICPEN year 2019-2020. Any insight into the issues consumers in your country experience is valuable to the analysis work that will be undertaken by the Intelligence Steering Group members after this online survey closes. A report presenting this analysis will be made available at the upcoming ICPEN conference scheduled for 9 -10 May 2019 under the Presidency of Zambia. Finally, the 2019 Intelligence Survey Report and analysis will be presented to the 2019-2020 Presidency-elect Colombia [the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC)] to inform their 2019-2020 Presidency year Programme of Work. Before you begin:  The survey MUST be completed and submitted online through the following link at: https://consultation.accc.gov.au/international/898b0f41  And respond by: 25 February 2019  Please answer all questions in English  Please send any questions or comments to: [email protected] , [email protected], [email protected], joe- [email protected], [email protected] Many thanks and let’s make our intelligence make a difference! ICPEN Intelligence Steering Group Australia | New Zealand | United Kingdom | | *** On behalf of the Intelligence Steering Group and with kind regards, The ICPEN Secretariat
