In this sense, the Superintendence receives and resolves complaints on issues related to invoices, termination of communication services, contract terms on the provision of communication services, number portability, international roaming, and services equipped with 4G technology. This year, the Deputy Superintendence for Consumer Protection of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) of Colombia has decided to establish cooperative ties with the authorities in the world that share its same functions. For this reason, we would like kindly ask you if your agency has users protection on communication services faculties in its mandate. If this is not the case, we would like to ask you to provide us with the name of the agency in your country in charge of this function and if it is possible with the contact of the coordinator of international affairs.
