Minister ofForeign Affairs Republic ofEstonia Head of the Convention Secretariat Dr Adriana Blanco Marquizo January2 3 2024 , CREDENTIALS 1, the undersigned, MARGUS TSAHKNA, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic ofEstonia, authorize by these presents: Ms. Aive TELLING - Head of Environmental Health and Chernical Safety, Public Health Departrnent, Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, Head of Delegation; to represent the Republic of Estonia at the Tenth session of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Frarnework Convention on Tobacco Control to be held frorn 5t1 to February and of the Third session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products to be held frorn 1 2’ to 1 February 2024 in Panama. When designating its representatives to the Tenth session of the Conference of the Parties, Estonia has observed Article 5.3 of the WHO FCTC and has been mindful of the recornmendations 4.9 and 8.3 of the Guidelines for impiernentation of Article 5.3 of the WHO FCTC. In witness whereof these presents have been issued for whatsoever legal purpose they may serve.
