Ms. GAO Yuan from the International Cooperation Department of the Supreme People's Court of
China proposed a visit of the delegation from the Supreme People's Court of China to the Supreme
Court of Estonia on the 1 5th of October 2019. It is my great pleasure to inform You that I will gladly
welcome the delegation in Tartu on the proposed date. The delegation is composed of

Criminal Division, Chief Judge ofNo.1 Circuit Court, Supreme People's Court ofthe People's
Republic of China
o Justice YANG Zongren, President of High People's Court of Inner Mongolia Autonomous
Region
o Mr. ZHU Ming, Senior Judge, Adviser to the President of High People's Court of Shanxi
Province
o Mr. JIANG Qibo, Senior Judge, Director General of the Research Office, Supreme People's
Court
o Mr. LUO Can, Official of the General Office, Supreme People's Court
o Ms. GAO Yuan, Official of the International Cooperation Department, Supreme People's

Additionally, I must notifr, that the Supreme Court of Estonia is currently situated at a temporary
facility as our actual court house is under construction (until April2020), so please be informed in
advance that our working conditions are quite modest at the moment and therefore we can only offer
a small tour and organise a brief meeting at our temporary facility.
