As a result, there is a new question on child-friendly proceedings in which existing elements from the questionnaire are regrouped and some new ones added. Some additional elements are also included into question 4, “Information for the parties”, questions 6.1, 7.1 and 8.1 on “Arrangements for online publication of judgments” and question 9 on the promotion of ADR methods. There are also more explanations and clarifications in the word version of the questionnaire (that is also available through the link). Contact persons from your Member State are kindly asked to coordinate their replies to send back one single filled-in questionnaire. If the link does not automatically open the questionnaire, please copy and paste it into your web-browser. You do not need to complete the entire questionnaire at once. You can click on “save as draft”, close the browser and then resume your work later. Note that each question has a text box below it for additional comments.
