To whom it may concern, I am trying to start a legal proceeding through the online portal of the Estonian Court System, for an incident that occurred in Narva. I am using my EU eID card to log in. Unfortunately I keep incurring into a log in failure. I contacted the technical support without success. Please let me know if there a different way to file legal cases or to resolve this issue.
