1. In addition to Reference A and in accordance with the arrangements indicated in References B, C and
D, the IHO Secretariat is pleased to inform you that the following Assembly Documents are now available on
the IHO website (see: www.iho.int>Home>Assembly documents):
A.1/G/01/Rev2 Draft Agenda (Revised)
A.1/G/04/Rev1 List of Assembly Documents (Revised)
A.1/F/02/Add.1 Comments on the proposed three-year IHO Budget for 2018-2020
A.1/F/04 Consideration of the Financial Statements for 2016 and Recommendations
2. These documents have been prepared by the IHO Secretariat in accordance with the relevant regulations
and procedures.
3. Several typographical and formatting errors have been detected in some Assembly Documents. They
are identified in a corrigendum that is now available on the IHO website as document A.1/MISC/Corr.1. This
corrigendum will be updated as required should any further errors be detected by or reported to the Secretariat.
The corrected editions of the relevant documents will be posted on the IHO website after the Session of the
Assembly.
4. In addition, the Catalogue for the Member States’ Exhibition and the List of Exhibitors are now
available on the IHO website under the Assembly documents. The Provisional List of Industry Exhibitors is
also available on the website and the Industry Exhibition Catalogue will be available on the IHO website as
soon as possible. As indicated in Reference E, a printed copy of the combined “Member States’ and Industry
Exhibition Catalogue” will be provided to delegates and observers as part of the Assembly registration
process.
5. Any Member State that encounters difficulties in accessing the documents through the IHO Website
is invited to liaise with the IHO Secretariat (
