Dr Tedros would have liked to join the conference. However, the dates overlap with prior commitments which are challenging to change. Therefore Dr Tedros will regretfully not be able to travel to Tallinn to participate in person or join virtually. Considering the importance of the conference theme which aligns with WHOs priorities, Dr Tedros will be delighted to provide a short pre-recorded video message to be aired at the conference. If the video message option is acceptable, please let us know of any specific topic that Dr Tedros message could address, as well as names of high-level personalities that he could acknowledge at the start of the message.
