We would like to know the following: - Is it a criminal offence in your country not to pay the maintenance payments? - Is imprisonment a possible punishment for this offence? If so, is it imposed in practice? - What are other means of punishment for this offence (e.g. a fine, driving licence retention)? Are they imposed in practice?
