Dear President Švecovä,
I would like to express my gratitude for the invitation to participate in the Ninth Conference of
Chief Justices of Central and Eastem Europe. Regrettably, I am unable to attend the event as I
have prior commitments which could not be rearranged. I express my sincere regrets for not
being able to travel to Bratislava this May and wish you every success with the organisation of
the annual Conference!
Mr. Tambet Tampuu, Justice of the Civil Chamber will represent the Supreme Court of
