Subject: Comments on a special section in BRIFIC 2853.
Reference: 1) API/A/12023, IFIC 2853 dated 05.09.2017.
Having examined the special section (ref. 1) relating to the TTU100 NGSO
satellite network, under No. 9.3 RR the Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
wishes to inform of the following.
The examination results showed that the satellite network of the Republic of
Estonia might potentially cause harmful interference to the KAZSCISAT-1, AL-
FARABI-1 NGSO satellite networks.
Therefore, the coordination is kindly requested for the frequency assignments
to the above-mentioned satellite networks between the Administrations of the
Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The comments relating to the TTU100 NGSO satellite network were developed
using the SpaceCom software and sent to the Bureau’s e-mail address
[email protected].
