On behalf of the National Narcotics Fund of Colombia, we respectfully
address you with the aim of providing clarity to the following questions
regarding the foreign trade of cannabis, cannabis derivatives and
finished products containing cannabis:
1. Is there an specific regulation for the medical/scientific use of
cannabis in your country?
2. Are there control limits depending on the concentration of
cannabinoids (THC) for cannabis, cannabis derivatives and finished
products containing cannabis? Or, on the contrary, do all products
containing cannabis, regardless of their THC concentration, fall under
control?
In accordance with the above, we remain attentive to your observations,
