Dear Sir or Madam, my name is Dijana Vinkovic, and I am currently working on my Master’s thesis in Public Management at the University of Vienna. The thesis focuses on the strategic implementation of local e-governance, with a comparative case study of Tallinn, Copenhagen, and Vienna. My research aims to identify key factors that contribute to a coherent, efficient, and citizen-oriented digital transformation at the municipal level. I am particularly interested in how cities like Tallinn address issues such as digital governance goals, organizational structures, and citizen participation mechanisms. To this end, I am conducting expert interviews with professionals involved in digital governance in each of the three cities. The interview would take approx. 45 minutes via video call and follow a semi-structured format. The insights will contribute to a better understanding of transferable approaches and practical recommendations for Vienna.
